Gypsy Rose Blanchard is opening up about her journey to motherhood.
One month after announcing she and boyfriend Ken Urker are expecting their first child together, the 32-year-old shared a 16-week pregnancy milestone she recently reached.
"I’m 16 weeks and our little one is now the size of a banana!!" Gypsy wrote in an Aug. 7 Instagram post. "We love watching my belly grow!"
She added, "More produce updates to come lol."
Gypsy has previously gotten candid about becoming a mom. Back in July, she revealed how she and Ken—who she previously called off her engagement to in 2019—became parents-to-be while confirming that she had a baby on the way.
"Ken and I are expecting our very first child come January of 2025," Gypsy said in a July 9 YouTube video. "We're both very excited. This was not planned at all, it was completely unexpected."
And the Life After Lockup star detailed some of the symptoms she was experiencing as well, recalling that she noticed weird cravings first.
"I didn't think anything of it," Gypsy remembered. "When I missed my period, I thought I was having issues with ovulation."
And while she can't be sure what the future holds, Gypsy—who completed her second-degree murder sentence for the 2015 homicide of her mother, Clauddine "Dee Dee" Blanchard in December 2023—is prepared to do everything she can to make sure she's ready for her baby's arrival.
“I have so much to focus on, making sure that I'm healthy for this baby,” she shared. “There’s this tiny little life that is inside of you and that little tiny life is a baby, a little tiny human that’s yours and that you have to make sure you protect, you love, you take care of, and all of the things that I wished I could’ve had when I was little."
Gypsy added, “All the things that I wanted in a mother, I’m going to give to this baby.”

Gypsy-Rose Blanchard told E! News she knew Ken Urker was the one "probably the day I met him back in 2017."
At the time she was serving a 10-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to second-degree murder for her role in her mom Clauddine "Dee Dee" Blanchard's 2015 death.
The couple, who got engaged in 2018, even managed to create a festive atmosphere while Gypsy was incarcerated.
They split up in 2019 but, as Gypsy noted, fate would come back to find them...
Following Gypsy Rose's decision to divorce teacher Ryan Anderson after less than two years of marriage, she and Ken reunited in the spring of 2024.
"We are together and in a wonderful place in our relationship," she told TMZ on April 30. "We know it is going to be a long road ahead but are excited for the future."
Cloudy skies couldn't put a damper on the rekindled couple's mood.
Gypsy likes it when this Ken is all up in his feelings.
Whatever he said had Gypsy beaming.
Smiling for the camera.
Gypsy Rose shared a collage of some of her and Ken's most adorable moments a few weeks before revealing she's pregnant with their first child together.
She noted that their baby is due in January 2025.
